Event Details
On Saturday, July 11th, at 6:30 pm, at the Monastery of San Pietro in Lamosa in Provaglio d’Iseo, the first appointment of the second edition of the “I Concerti d’Estate 2026” festival is scheduled to take place, a series of four concerts combining early and classical music with the extraordinary beauty of one of the area’s most evocative locations.
The festival will open with “Cantico a Francesco – Laudi in honour di San Francesco”, a concert forming part of the celebrations marking the eighth centenary of the death of the Saint of Assisi.
The protagonist of the evening will be the soprano Chiara Rebaudo, accompanied on the organ by Maestro Antonio Frigè, who will guide the audience on a fascinating musical journey through works by Cozzolani, Frescobaldi, Leonarda, Grandi, Storace and other composers of the early 17th-century Italian period.
In addition, one hour before the concert begins, visitors will be able to take part in a free guided tour of the Monastery of San Pietro in Lamosa.
Free admission.
