The Sebino Railway on Board the Panoramic Carriages

The panoramic carriages of the Ferrovia del Sebino offer a unique travel experience amongst the vineyards of Franciacorta and along the shores of Lake Iseo, on the historic railway line linking Palazzolo sull’Oglio to Paratico-Sarnico.

These historic carriages have been specially fitted with seats facing outwards, allowing passengers to immerse themselves in the landscape and admire the area from a privileged vantage point. Travelling at a leisurely pace, the train winds its way through rolling hills, vineyards and cultivated fields, runs alongside the River Oglio and reaches Lake Iseo, offering picturesque views of Sarnico and the charming villages perched on its shores.

The service runs every Saturday, from June 27th to August 29th, 2026, with four return journeys throughout the day. The timetable is designed to allow travellers to enjoy a pleasant day exploring the area, with walks along the lakeside, tastings of local specialities and panoramic views.
