Storie Sconcertanti by Dario Vergassola – Wonderland Festival

On Friday, September 18th, at 9:00 pm at the Teatro Comunale in Erbusco comedian Dario Vergassola celebrates twenty years in the business with “Storie sconcertanti,” a brand-new show that combines irony, satire, and reflection. With his brilliant and unmistakable style, Vergassola turns the traditional view of man as the center of the universe on its head, inviting the audience to look at the world from an unusual, surprising, and highly relevant perspective.

Inspired by the book “Storie inventate di un Mondo immaginario”, written by Vergassola himself, the show gives voice to aquatic animals, both real and fantastical, who are the protagonists of tales weaving together impossible loves, ecological reflections, the sense of exclusion, and the desire to explore the world through extraordinary adventures. The result is a fast-paced performance in which the artist’s famous repertoire of questions, jokes, and answers is reimagined in an original, entertaining, and, as the title suggests, decidedly bewildering show.
