Reading group

On Tuesday October 20th, at 8:30 pm, at the Ospitaletto Municipal Library, a new session of the “Raccontiamoci un libro” reading group, organised by Heiko H. Caimi, is scheduled to take place.

The session will focus on the romance “The White Tiger” by Aravind Adiga, winner of the 2008 Booker Prize. Through the story of a young Indian man who, rising from the poverty of a village, manages to secure a position in the service of a very wealthy family, the author recounts the social rise of a man determined to break free from his circumstances and carve out a place for himself in India’s new capitalist order.

Free admission.
