Passeggiata Paesaggistica e Archeologica: sulle Tracce della Cristianizzazione in Franciacorta

Saturday, June 13th at 9:00 am in Bornato (a hamlet of Cazzago San Martino), a scenic and archaeological walk tracing the history of Christianization in Franciacorta is scheduled.

The itinerary will allow you to discover the secrets of the area, walking through the vineyards on the hills and concluding the tour with a visit to the archaeological sites of the Pieve di San Bartolomeo in Bornato and the ancient church of San Vigilio in Monterotondo (a hamlet of Passirano).

Departure: Churchyard of the Church of St. Bartholomew the Apostle in Bornato; total duration approximately 4 hours (8 km total).
