Event Details
On Sunday, May 10, at 11:30 a.m., and Tuesday, June 2, at 10:30 a.m., at Metelli Park in Palazzolo sull’Oglio there will be two meditative walks: a silent walk to listen to the sounds of nature, with short stops featuring brief readings related to meditation and life, followed by a final session of gentle yoga, breathing, and relaxation.
In case of rain, the event will be held at the JivAly Yoga school at Viale Europa 6, on the first floor of the Europa Shopping Center.
Contribution of €10 for all sessions.
