Franciacorta in Bianco

From Friday, October 9th, to Sunday, October 11th, in Piazza Dante in Castegnato, “Franciacorta in Bianco” will take place, the traditional national dairy products fair. Three days immersed in the best of Italian cheese-making, featuring tastings, workshops, and the opportunity to purchase products on-site.

The “Franciacorta in Bianco” event is widely recognized as the most important annual dairy products fair.

This event, featuring almost exclusively niche products, aims to discover and promote local specialties, preserve the traditions of the regions where these historic dairy products are made, and share the culture of flavors in their ancient and authentic forms.
