Competition “Gnocchi di San Giacomo”

On Saturday, July, 25th, from 5:00 pm, in Ospitaletto, the “Gnocchi di San Giacomo” competition is scheduled to take place.

Competitors must submit their dough and a sauce of their choice, in two separate containers, together with the recipe used, at the “San Giovanni Bosco” Oratory (kitchen area), from 5:00 pm and no later than 6:00 pm.

The winner of the 2026 Gnocchi di San Giacomo Competition, chosen by a jury of experts and a public jury, will be awarded their prize at 8:30 pm in Piazza Mercato.

Participation is free, but booking is mandatory by Friday, July, 17th by clicking HERE.

The event takes part of the “Festa di San Giacomo” initiative.
