Event Details
On Saturday, September 26th, at 6:00 pm, at the site of the Ancient Church of San Vigilio in Monterotondo di Passirano, an event dedicated to the hamlet’s patron saint is scheduled, featuring the presentation of the 2025–2026 archaeological research.
The event will be attended by Father Giovanni Isonni, Serena Solano from the ABAP Superintendency for the provinces of Bergamo and Brescia, Ivana Venturini, a professional archaeologist, and Angelo Valsecchi, president of the historical and archaeological association U.S.P.A.A.A. Official greetings from the mayors of the municipalities of Provaglio d’Iseo and Passirano are also planned.
Refreshments will be served following the presentation. The evening will continue at 8:30 pm with a concert by the Missin’ Gospel Choir, bringing the event to a close with a musical performance against the evocative backdrop of the archaeological site.
For the occasion, parking will be available near the Locanda Al Dosello, at Via per Monterotondo 24, in Provaglio d’Iseo.
