Exhibition “Le 21 madri costituenti”

From Sunday, September 27th to Sunday, October 4th, the exhibition ‘Le 21 Madri Costituenti’ will be open to the public at the San Giovanni Battista Auditorium in Coccaglio. The exhibition has been organised by the Coccaglio-Cologne branch of the ANPI to mark the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Italian Republic and the 80th anniversary of women’s right to vote under universal suffrage.

The opening ceremony will take place on Sunday September 27th at 4:00 pm. This will be followed at 5:00 pm by the theatre performance “Le Madri Costituenti si raccontano…”, a retelling of the history of the Constituent Assembly through the voices of women of our time, featuring the group “Le Cantore”.

The exhibition will remain open to the public until Sunday, October 4th, at the following times:

• Sunday, September 27th: from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm;
• From Monday, September 28th to Saturday, October 3rd: daily from 4:30 pm to 7:00 pm;
• Sunday October 4th: from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm and from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
